I started going to Bootcamp as a way to control my diabetes and weight. Compared to the home workouts I use to do at home I feel the workouts are more effective because I have someone correcting my form. As a result it made me feel more confident and want to challenge myself to reach and obtain even more goals on different aspects in my life. The trainer pushes you in a way that makes you push yourself to do more. They want to see you win.
