SWEAT CITY

Get ready to sweat! Work out and tone your entire body. Torch calories, invest in your heart health.

ENHERGIZE BANDS

HIIT: Get your body moving, your heart rate up and clear your mind. Body weight and the use of bands training focusing on toning, strength and power.

UPPER BODY

This strength class targets your chest, triceps, and shoulders. You'll work in “push” motions for a great upper body workout.

BOOTY BLAST

The glutes are the largest muscle group in your body, and crucial to train. This class will give you the results you want by mixing both HIIT exercises and using resistance bands to tone and lift your glutes

MOBILITY

Stretching with intention in order to optimize your movement performance. It's not flexibility, but it involves being flexible. It's not yoga, but it might incorporate some yoga positions.

CONCENTRATED CORE

A strong torso is essential for everything we do. This 30 minute class will strengthen your entire torso (shoulders to glutes) to improve functional strength, prevent back injuries, and develop strong, toned abs
