If you’re looking to build muscle, get toned, gain healthy weight and build your glutes; the Glutes and Weight Training boot camp is perfect for you! This high intensity class focuses primarily on a full body workout. Through circuit training, various exercises are effectively executed at every station. There are designated days geared towards working on specific body parts. Leg days are incorporated twice a week and the upper body is worked on throughout each class. The Glutes and Weight Lifting class brings you one step closer to reaching your body goals!
Wong’s Get FIT and Fat Burning Boot Camp
The Fat Burning boot camp is definitely a challenge for those looking to lose weight and tone out. Each circuit based routine is formulated on high cardio and high intensity. At the end of each session, a “Fit Test” is conducted in order to measure and record personal growth in comparison to body goals. From TRX band exercises, burpees, suicides and rope workouts, each high frequency routine pushes you to reach your full potential and shed unwanted carbs. The Fat Burning boot camp promotes healthy eating, consistency, hard work, and gives an extra push of motivation. Are you up for the challenge?
